Worship Through Giving

Scripture requires Believers to give to God as an act of worship to our Creator and provider. Worshipers give to the Creator not to the church, to the Eternal, not to the edifice. The why of giving is worship. We give because the act expresses obedience to Scripture and worship to God. The church exists as a body of believers not as a building. As a church we continue to operate as the church; worshipping God in our private devotion and sharing the love of Jesus with others. Giving is worship. First Corinthians, Chapter 16 outlines the whom, when, who and the where of giving.

Ways to Give:

(During the Coronavirus Shelter-in-Place Orders)

• You may drop your gift or offering off at the church on:

  Sundays 10:00 am to 11:00 am

  Mondays 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm

  Wednesdays 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

   

• You may mail your gift or offering to the church at: Old Hopewell Church, P.O. Box 432, Collins, MS 39428.

• Coming soon, we will have the capability to give online. Our leadership is committed to providing you with the best opportunities for worshiping through giving.
